Item Condition

LuxeHanger is a selectively curated designer store. Our offering ranges from items that are current season and new with tags to pre-loved items from recent collections. The item description on every product page indicates the condition of the item. Pre-loved items will also carry a numeric condition rating, ranging from 7-10, to help you best evaluate the condition of the item.

Item Conditions:

Many of our items have a discreet mark through the designer label or inner lining to prevent illegal store returns.We do our best to make sure any marks are in the photos.

New - Item is brand new and unworn with some or all of the original packaging. Often the original packaging is not included as we do not receive them from our suppliers.

Display Model - Item is new and may have sign of handling from in store try on or store display. For example some suits are hemmed for mannequin display etc.

Pre-Loved - A pre-owned item that has been been carefully authenticated and evaluated. We only accept and offer items that are lightly worn and have plenty of life left. We do not offer any products with tears, holes, excessive wear etc. 

• 7 - heavier signs of wear. still has plenty of life left.
• 8 - Has wear. item has been cared for. 
• 9 - Some very light signs of wear, only worn a few times.
• 10 - Near mint condition. shows minimal to no signs of wear.
